Tory Lanez Sentenced To 10 Years In Prison For Shooting Megan Thee Stallion

Tory Lanez, real name Daystar Peterson, was convicted of felony assault with a firearm last December for shooting fellow rap star Megan Thee Stallion, real name Megan Pete, in the foot in the summer of 2020. His request for a new trial was denied in May, and today — after five delays and multiple days of courtroom machinations — he was sentenced to 10 years in prison for the crime.
