Jack Antonoff: “I’m Loving Where The Music Business Has Gone”

People love to complain about Jack Antonoff, but we, as a population, evidently have not reached the Antonoff saturation point. Antonoff has won the Producer Of The Year Grammy for two straight years, and right now, he’s the co-producer and co-writer of the #1 song in America. Last week, Taylor Swift’s four-year-old fan favorite “Cruel Summer” ascended to the top of the Hot 100, and now it’s back for a second week. There’s a very good chance that Antonoff will also have his name on the next #1 hit, too. Last night, Antonoff was the lead guest on Jimmy Fallon’s Tonight Show, and he had some optimistic things to say about the state of the music business.
